When I look into the moonlit sky
That vast expanse of night
I count the stars one by one
And hold them in my sight
For while I'm gazing to the heavns
I think of you and dream
And hope that somewhere far away
You're doing just the same
Because while we're gone so far apart
It helps to think of you
Sharing the same dark moonlit sky
And dreaming as I do
And though there are miles in between us
The distance seems so slight
For I know that when I dream
We'll sleep under the same calm night

the sun in the trees made the skyline look like crooked teeth.
